摘要：Multiple elimination is a crucial step in seismic data processing. Surface-related multiple elimination algorithms are well established, but current internal multiple elimination algorithms generally require manual selection of layers that generate internal multiples. The Marchenko theory introduces a fully data-driven approach for internal multiple elimination, relying solely on a background velocity model or original data. This method involves correlation and convolution calculations on input seismic data to acquire the primary, effectively eliminating internal multiples without the need for manual selection of underground reflection layers. The calculation process is entirely driven by seismic data. However, similar to other data-driven methods, the Marchenko method requires a complete wavefield as an input. Unfortunately, actual seismic data often do not meet this requirement, as missing traces can significantly affect the outcome of internal multiple elimination. To address this challenge, this paper introduces the focal transform. This transform utilizes the background velocity to create a one-way focal operator that maps seismic data into a focal domain, concentrating data into focal points through strong correlation with the operator. By attenuating noise energy around focal points, seismic data can be effectively reconstructed. Therefore, combining the focal transform with Marchenko multiple elimination allows for simultaneous elimination of multiples and reconstruction of seismic data. The validity and practicality of this approach are demonstrated through experiments using the SMAART model.
