Optimization Analysis of Structural Stiffness of Flexible Riser for Deep-Sea Mining Based on SBP-BNSGA-II Model

摘要:Flexible riser is a key equipment for ensuring the continuous transportation of deep-sea mineral resources. Composite materials are more suitable for flexible risers due to their advantages such as high strength and weight reduction, and their structural design parameters directly affect their load-bearing performance. This paper takes the structural stiffness of composite flexible risers as the research object, and explores the influence of structural design parameters on the structural stiffness. A structural stiffness prediction model for flexible risers is established based on multi-layer artificial neural networks. A SBP-BNSGA-II model is proposed to obtain the Pareto frontier solution set for optimization objectives. Provide important reference for the structural design of composite flexible risers. ?
