Active vibration reduction control of pipeline isolation plugging robot based on dynamic plugging process

摘要:In the offshore pipeline plugging operation, the coupling vibration between the in-pipe fluid, the pipeline isolation plugging robot (PIPR) and the pipeline will aggravate the deterioration damage of the pipeline and PIPR. Therefore, this paper proposes an active vibration reduction control method for the PIPR to reduce vortex-induced vibration during dynamic plugging. A PIPR active vibration reduction structure with a spoiler end face is designed, and a numerical simulation-based response surface method is utilized to optimize the relevant parameters of the spoiler end face. The vibration evolution law of the in-pipe fluid is revealed when the spoiler end face continuously changes during dynamic plugging. Pressure prediction model of dynamic plugging process is established based on back propagation (BP) neural network. The active vibration reduction control strategy is proposed to actively adjust the spoiler end face based on predicted pressure during dynamic plugging process, which can restrain the wake vortex and reduce the plugging-induced vibration. Finally, an experimental setup is designed to verify the effectiveness of the active vibration reduction control method.
